Eden Park (Formerly Monckton Park)
One time home of Robert Morris, Signer of Declaration of Independence and Financier of American Revolution, who purchased this property in 1783. Bought in 1805 by Peter Bauduy, architect of Old Town Hall, Wilmington. Eden Park Powder Mills established by Garesche 1801.
