Lone Star Mill

A sawmill was built in 1852 on the Mokelumne River. It was removed to Hodge and Terry's ranch (this was David S. Terry) in 1854. The following year a flour mill was attached. It was burned in 1856 and rebuilt on its present site and known as the Lone Star Mills.
