History

Exterior
Simple classical 3-storey, 3-window roughcast front with rusticated quoins, cill bands and plinth. Hipped slate roof, wide boarded eaves and 2 cement render chimney stacks. 9-pane sash windows to 1st and 2nd floors with lugged architraves and ornamental keystones; ground floor 3-light sash windows in segmental arched recesses, glazing bars to upper sash. Central arched entrance with lugged architrave; 6-panel door and 6-pane fanlight.
