Cadw's description

The first house in row of 4 facing W over village square.

Mid C19 pair of houses now one, with lower-pitched roof then the row of 3 cottages to right, so probably of later date. Much restored in late C20.

House, formerly 2, in rubble stone with slate close-eaved roof and rubble stone end stacks. Two storeys with paired centre doors and one-window range each side, of small 9-pane sash over 12-pane sash. All ground floor openings have stone voussoirs. Slate sills. All windows and doors renewed in hardwood in late C20.

Not inspected at time of survey

Included notwithstanding alterations, for group value with the row of cottages to the right, forming a good vernacular group.
