Cadw's description

Situated adjoining No 75, some 60m SE of junction with St Catherine Street.

Earlier C19 iron broad double gates with gatepiers and railings each side on low walls.

Dwarf walls of ashlar with plinths, coping and iron railings with spearhead finials to rounded bars, rising alternately between upper and middle horizontal bars. Tall, square openwork iron gatepiers with pierced panels decorated with paterae, and with scrolls to heads. Paired large gates with matching spearhead finials, top rails curving down to centre and 2 double rails, the top one with close-set bars, the lower lock-rail with patterned ironwork, over close-set dog-bars. Diagonal and curved strengthening braces.

Included as a good example of local iron work and for group value with the chapel and No 75.
