Earlier C19 house with shop, in informal terraced row, marked as built up on 1834 map. The Golden Lion inn was at 23 Lammas Street, now at No 102.

House in informal terrace, painted render with steep slate roof and end wall stacks, 3-storey, 3-window range of 6-pane sashes over C20 shop with throughway to rear yard to right.

Ground floor altered.
