Lies on east side of main road about 4.9km north-west of Llanfihangel Nant Melan.

Late C18/early C19 Turnpike Trust milestone. Simple, low, roundheaded, painted sandstone. Inscribed 'Penybont 3 miles/Presteign 14+'. Trig point beneath.

One of a well-preserved series of milestones in the area.
