Sited in terraced row running S from Radnor Arms PH.

Small cottage probably early-mid C19. Two storeys 2 windows, rendered over rubble plinth, slate roof (roof and plinth continuous with no 8). Ground floor openings have cambered heads, part-glazed front door, C20 casement windows.

Included for group value with Nos 6 to 10 Broad Street.
