Continues the line of Litton Court from far gable to road.

Two-storey cowhouse with partially open loft, probably C19. Coursed stone rubble walls with slit ventilators; they have been raised at eaves level.
Slate roof.

Included as part of very prominent grouping of distinctive character beside the Whitton to Evenjoble road.
