Set back from No 46 adjoining.
Exterior
Late C16 or C17, altered later. 2 storey timber frame building formerly jettied over ground floor and originally with main doorway to cross passage at right side. Slate roof, scalloped bargeboards, close studding, paired modern casements to 1st floor. C19 double shop front pushed forward under jetty, central door up steps, boarded door to right. Massive brick stack and further C19 additions to rear.
Interior
Interior is said to retain part of its original plan form, timber joists, main cross beams etc.
