History
Formerly part of Ruperra House; early C19 external character, but C18 or earlier origins.
Exterior
House. Two storeys and attic. Two window front. Stucco with slate roof. Gabled dormer window. Two 12-pane sash windows with moulded stuccoed architraves on first floor. On ground floor, a pair of 12-pane sashes, and a doorway with architrave, cornice on consoles and four-panelled door with rectangular fanlight.
Reason for designation
Building with C17 or C18 origins and good late Georgian external character. Group Value with Ruperra House (Wheat Street) and other buildings in St Mary Street.
