Location
Carrying a footpath (Parson's Lane) over the Montgomeryshire Canal to the south west of Llandysilio Parish Church.
History
Before 1833, probably dating from George Buck's period as engineer for the Montgomeryshire Canal.
Exterior
Simple trabeated structure with "fish-bellied" cast iron girders supporting modern timber deck and handrails.
Steep approaches up rubble abutments; east abutment with steeply ramped base and curving ends with piers, brickwork parapets with stone cappings. West abutment retains some rubble facings and buttresses, largely rebuilt in later brick.
