History
Set into a line of frontages just S of the Clock Tower.
Exterior
Probably early Cl9 3-storey, 2-window scribed render front. Slate roof, wide boarded eaves and rubble chimney stack. 9 and 12-pane sash windows offset to the right. Overall shopfront with reeded brackets, panelled pilasters and 2-light shop windows. Recessed central entrance; double doors to the left end.
