Cadw's description

On the W side of the A470 some 3 km SW of Libanus village.

One of a series of late C18 or early C19 milestones on the Brecon to Merthyr turnpike road.

Milestone, white-painted sandstone with black painted lettering inscribed 'TO BRECON 6 miles'.

Included as an early milestone, of special historic transport interest.
