Location
Situated in Soar hamlet, on bank on W side of lane.
History
Chapel of 1827, altered in 1874.
Exterior
Chapel, unpainted stucco lined as ashlar with slate eaves roof, with brackets under gable verges. Tall arched windows with Georgian Gothic glazing, one window each side of door in entrance front, the door plain boarded with cambered head. Date plaque above. Two windows on right end wall and two on rear wall. Stone sills.
Interior
Plain interior with end-wall pulpit platform with balustrades and plain bench pews.
Reason for designation
Included for its special architectural interest as a rural chapel still in the late Georgian style, with entry on the long wall.
