Location
Immediately adjacent to the lime kiln on the foreshore.
History
Probably built in association with the lime-kiln (as the lime-burners cottage, perhaps or a store), and therefore likely to be mid C19.
Exterior
Small cottage, built into the harbour wall alongside the lime-kiln. Limewash over rubble, bedded slate roof. Single storeyed, with small boarded door and window under a single timber lintel.

Listed for its association with the lime kiln, as a small cottage or store retaining good traditional character.
