Cadw's description

Situated near the centre of Tirabad just W of The Afon Dulais.

Farmhouse, C17 origins, altered. Marked on OS map as Glan Dulas.

Farmhouse, whitewashed render with massive left end external chimney breast, splayed sides and smaller splay above. Small right end stack. Imitation slates to roof. Two storeys, three-bay front with three dormer gables over window each side of door, C20 windows imitating 4-pane sashes. Painted rubble stone rear with two very small square upper lights, centre 4-pane stair light and ground floor window to right, door to left. All windows are C20. Painted rubble range added to right has flat-roofed C20 porch on front.

Interior not inspected.

Included for its special interest as a house of C17 origins, unusual in this part of county, with massive external chimney.
