Cadw's description

Siutuated at the end of a minor road N of the A44, approximately 3km NE of Nantmel.

A mid C19 farmhouse first shown on the 1889 Ordnance Survey.

A 2-storey 3-window house of rubble stone, slate roof on projecting eaves, and stone stacks. Openings have stone segmental heads. The front has a central half-glazed panelled door and small-pane overlight. Windows are 16-pane hornless sashes with sills. The rear has replaced windows and a half-glazed porch. A lean-to is set back against the L gable end.

Not inspected.

Listed for its special architectural interest as a rare well-preserved mid C19 farmhouse of definite character, a type once common in the region.
