Cadw's description

Located to SSW of the house, at right-angles to the road.

C19 outbuilding, contemporary with the house at Tan-y-penmaen.

Single storeyed outbuilding, of mortared rubble masonry with slate roof with advanced eaves and verges; rectangular rubble stack with dripstones and capping at the E gable. The building has a doorway offset to the W end of the N wall.

Forms part of an intact group at Tan-y-penmaen.
