Location
Located across the yard to the W of the house, and facing its rear elevation.
History
Probably C17-18.
Exterior
A small lofted stable and cart-shed, the front half-timbered on a brick and stone plinth, the gable end walls of random stone with large quoins. Slate roof with overhanging eaves. Box-panelling with brick nogging to front with large bressumer at loft floor level. Planked door to centre leading to stable, L of which is a wooden window with opening ventilator. Wide planked double doors to cart-shed immediately R of stable door. The loft has a 2-light wooden casement, no longer with glazing, to L of centre. N gable end has a planked door to loft under a segmental brick head; low open range, mainly of timber, adjoining S gable end.
Reason for designation
Listed as a small C17-18 outbuilding retaining its character, and for group value with Glyn Clywedog.
