Cadw's description

Located immediately W of the house, the doorway facing the house.

Service range, probably C17. It is likely to have been a bakehouse and brewhouse.

Single-storey range of rubble stone with traces of lime-wash, on a boulder plinth under a slate roof, with stone end stack to N. Entrance to L of E side containing a planked door, with 3-light wooden window to its R. outh gable end has a 2-light wooden window under a segmental yellow brick head.

One-unit interior with 2 brick ovens to the N wall.

Listed as a well-preserved sub-medieval service building and for group value with Mathafarn House and gate piers.
