Location
The end building of the E terraced range in upper Maryport Street.
Exterior
Late Georgian tall terrace house. Rendered, scored and painted with incised dressings including quoins; slate roof with long and narrow brick end stack. Three storeys. Windows are all 12-pane sashes in reveals with narrow glazing bars, shallow moulded keystones, incised surrounds. Two windows to top floor, one to first and ground floor; recessed doorway to left with similar surround and 6-panelled door with margin-glazed overlight. Nosed stone doorstep and plinth.
Reason for designation
Listed as a late Georgian terrace house retaining its character, part of a continuous listed terrace. Group value with other listed buildings in upper Maryport Street.
