On the pavement in front of the Town Hall.
Exterior
Probably contemporary with the 1907 building of the Town Hall. Cast iron circular lampstandards with rope moulded cross bar over fluted stem. Rope and Robin banding to base with cresting. Square lantern at the top surmounted by a coloured crown.
