1852 (dated). Typical of the picturesque mid-C19 improvements to St. Fagans village by the Windsor/Plymouth estate.

Dated 1852 on plaque.

Included for group value as one of several types of C19 estate housing built at the centre of St. Fagans village by the Plymouth Estates.
