History
Probably early/mid C19 and contemporary with the cottages.
Exterior
Garden forecourt walls of stone rubble with rough capping, returning to south-west angle of No. 4 at south-west end and forming a boundary with Nos. 1 and 2 The Laurels to the north-east.

Included as a part of the important group of historic estate buildings at the centre of St. Fagans village.
