Contemporary with Rose Cottage, so probably the first half of the C19.

Local stone rubble garden wall with stone slab capping once with central gate, now gone, and attached to house at northern end.

Reason for designation

Included as a part of the important group of historic estate buildings at the centre of St. Fagans village.
