Cadw's description

To north side of the yard of Felin Newydd.

A stables building associated with Felin Newydd, possibly dating from a period of improvement in the 1850s.

A lofted stable in local uncoursed quasi-rubble masonry, with an asbestos roof, at the north side of the mill yard, facing south. Single-storey additional bay at left in similar materials. Restored heck doors, restored loft hatch and two windows. Sheds at left and right. Mark of the former loft door in the east gable, but walled up and steps lost.

A simple stable block listed as an important unit in the mill grounds and also for group value with Felin-newydd.
