Cadw's description

In terraced row facing the clock tower.

Probably late C18; Victorian alterations.

Georgian, symmetrical 3-storey broad 2-window scribed render front with end pilaster strips, eaves band and plinth. Slate roof and end stone chimney stack. Architraves to recessed sash windows, 6-pane to 2nd floor, marginal glazing bars below; window box holder to ground floor. Central bracket pedimented doorcase with dentil cornice. 8-panel door (top 2 panels glazed).

Rubble rear with wide boarded eaves, sash windows and modern extension.

Group value with Nos. 2 and 3 Belmont Road.
