Part of an early to mid C19 terrace.
Exterior
No.9 has 2-window front with 12-pane hornless sashes on first floor, and similar window to R on ground floor; doorway to L has round-arched pedimented doorcase, fanlight with radial glazing, and 6-panelled
door.
Reason for designation
One of six well-preserved early C19 houses retaining overall late Georgian character. Group value both with rest of the terrace and with other listed buildings in The Watton.
