Immediately to E of Usk Bridge.
History
Origins as C16 to C17 house with overhanging floors; now with early C19 character.
Exterior
Shop with accommodation over. Elevation to Watergate of three storeys, two bays; roughcast; slate roof with brick chimney in L front slope. Giant wooden pilaster at right hand end. Inward opening windows each of 6-panes on second floor; 4-pane sash windows on first floor. On ground floor, steep step leads down to four flush panelled door in centre of C19 shop front with two flanking windows each of six lights; with continuous fascia and coved cornice.
