Hipped slate roof with deep eaves; two semi-circular dormers with small-pane top-hung casements. On second and first floors, 12-pane sash windows in openings with slightly cambered heads. Ground floor has good C19 double shop front with central entrance with four three-quarter columns and continuous entablature. Right hand return to Bell Lane is roughcast; three-light shop window on ground floor. Possibly a wing of timber-framed structure of earlier date to rear, as in No.9.
