Cadw's description

Situated midway along stepped terraced row running from Nos 23 to 54 Prospect Place. Overlooking the town.

Not marked on 1848 Meyrick estate map, but row was built-up shortly afterwards.

Circa 1850 terraced house, unpainted roughcast with slate roof and W end stack. Two-storey three-window front of hornless 12-pane sashes in thin cement surrounds, centre arched doorway with 3-panel door, modillions over and plain fanlight.

Included as a pair with No 43 adjoining.
