Cadw's description

Situated on the W side of St Julian's Street next to Harbourside and opposite Lexden Terrace.

One of a pair of late C19 or early C20 terraced cottages, a mirrored pair with Harbourside. Formerly listed as No 1 Albert View. The exposed piece of rubble with a slot in it presumably indicates an older structure rebuilt.

Semi-detached house, one of a mirrored pair. Painted stucco with imitation slate close eaved roof, and missing ridge stack. 2 storeys and attic. Central gabled dormer with casement pair, first floor C20 window replacing sash over C20 door (formerly 4-panel) with overlight to left and canted oriel window to right over paired C20 windows replacing 2-4-2-pane tripartite sash. Oriel has 2-4-2-pane sashes and moulded timber cornice. In front wall to right a small blocked loop or slot in rubble stone walling has been exposed.

Included as one of a stuccoed pair of cottages, of group value with other houses on St Julian's Street.
