At the end of a narrow lane leading off Love Lane opposite Bryntirion and alongside Brynbella.
History
Cl8? ruined well-house and well.
Exterior
Rubble masonry. Rectangular enclosure, largely collapsed except on E where doorway with stone lintel survives to extreme right.
Stone lined rectangular pool to interior with flagstones forming walkway against enclosure walls.
The well was considered to have been efficacious in the cure of rheumatic diseases during the Cl8, but the site may be much older with Roman coins discovered in the late Cl7.
