Location
At the roadside near the Western boundary of the Community Council approximately 1/3 km E of the Pont Pensarn. Opposite the drive entry to Felin Fach.
Exterior
Rubble rounded recess behind spring; repaired in 1967 contemporary with the slate tablet. This has an inscription by Cynan (Albert Evans-Jones 1895-1970) the poet and playwright from Pwllheli who was a leading member of the Gorsedd and wrote some of the best known modern Welsh Verse. It reads:- ‘Does dim wna f’enaid blin yn iach ond dwr o Ffynnon Felin Bach. O Gerdd gan un o hogiau’r dre’.
