Set in the slope on the by-road W out of the town centre towards Efailnewydd.
History
Probably late C18/early C19
Exterior
Single storey building with rendered front and slate roof; rubble chimney stacks with weathercoursing to right and centre and later brick stack to left gable end - possibly the conversion of former agricultural range. Margins to recessed casement windows; half glazed modern door and porch. Metal frame windows to rear.
Stepped rubble forecourt wall.
Reason for designation
Included as an unspoilt example of rural vernacular.
