To S of Llanfairfechan, immediately to L of Alma Terrace.

Circa 1870s.

Two storey house at right angles to road, behind small walled garden.

Grey-brown rubble. Slate roof overhanging gable ends. End chimneys. Two storeys. First floor with 2 horned 16 pane sash windows. Ground floor central doorway (rectangular light over) flanked by 2 horned 16 pane sash windows. Stone lintels, slate sills and threshold. Gable to road has single wall window to R, on first floor, 9 small pane horned sash.

Group value with Pont-y-Pentre and Llanfair Arms.
