Almost opposite Charlton Street.
History
Late C19; similar to Nos 2 and 4; designed by G A Humphreys, architect and agent to the Mostyn Estate.
Exterior
Three storeys and attic. Front elevation of red brick with rendered panelling. Slate roof. Two two-light attic windows. Strapwork panelling above heads of second floor windows. Two three-light sash windows on second floor. On first floor two canted three-light bay windows with pilasters and moulded cornices. On ground floor shop front and late C19 to early C20 veranda, which is a continuation of the veranda in Nos 2 to 5. Two bays; columns with capitals, spandrils, top cresting and with cresting on lower soffit.
Reason for designation
One of a good group of late C19 buildings by G A Humphreys, Mostyn Estate architect who defined character of late C19/early C20 Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings.
