Cadw's description

Opposite Charlton Street.

Late C19; originally similar to Nos 2 and 4, but altered; designed by G A Humphreys, architect and agent to the Mostyn Estate.

Three storeys and attic. Front elevation in pebble-dash render. Slate roof. Two two-light attic windows with round-headed sash glazing. Two three-light sash windows on second floor. On first floor two canted three-light bay windows. On ground floor modern shop front; verandah.
