Location
At right angles to Road, about 30m N of King's Head PH.
History
Early to mid C19; originally two cottages, since converted into one; rear wall built into hillside. Former No 17 (to L) was probably an addition.
Exterior
Two storey, 3 window cottage; pebble dashed, slate roofs, rendered chimneys.
Modern windows imitating 4-pane sashes. Section to R (between chimneys) with central doorway under gabled porch; window to each side on both floors; lean-to at R. To L, former No17 has single window on first floor, and 2 on ground floor, one in former doorway.
Reason for designation
Early-to-mid C19 cottage from pre-resort period of Llandudno.
