Cadw's description

At right angles to road, opposite King's Head PH.

Probably early-to-mid C19 cottages, with later extensions. Present doors and windows probably date from around 1920, when the thatched roof (the last in Llandudno) was removed.

Has 2-window front with central doorway. Sash windows (horned) with 6 panes in upper sash and no glazing bars in lower sash. Door with small pane glazing in upper part. Lean-to on L side with casement glazing.

One of a pair of cottages from pre-resort period of Llandudno.
