Cadw's description

Set well back from Church Walks, rear backs onto Cwlach Street.

Earlier C19 house.

Front elevation faces Church Walks. Two storeys; two window bays and centre doorway. Slate roof with flanking stacks. Pebble dashed walls. Segmental headed window openings; 12-pane top hung casement windows. Central doorway under large modern porch.

Early C19 building, despite alterations, preserving form of typical of local buildings which predate development of Llandudno as a resort.
