Cadw's description

Set slightly back from, and above street, about 75m SW of junction with Ty'n-y-Maes Hill. Attached to the SW end of No 1.

Two attached houses, early to mid C19.

Projects slightly forward and is at right angles, with gable end towards street. Pebbledash wall cladding. Gable end with a small pane top hung casement, SW side elevation with small window one pane wide.

One of a pair of houses from the pre-resort period of Llandudno.
