Cadw's description

Spanning the Afon Eidda in a dramatic setting, approximately 2km NW of Ysbyty Ifan and carrying the minor road running SE from the A 5 to Ysbyty Ifan.

Late C18 or early C19 single-span road bridge of rubble construction on rock foundations; projecting rubble plinth on downstream sides. Segmental arch with rough-dressed voussoirs recessed slightly below an archring of narrow stones. Flanking the arch on both sides are simple pilasters. Rubble parapets, slab-coped and curved at the approaches; these termiante in round piers, coped as before.

Listed for its special historic interest as a late C18/early C19 road bridge.
