Exterior
3-window front. Three gabled dormers. On top floor, 3 round-arched windows with moulded architraves and keystones; 4-pane sash glazing. On first floor, central window with architrave, segmental pediment, 4-pane sash; to either side, splayed bay window with pavilion roof. On ground floor, verandah on iron columns; modern shopfront.

Listed as part of a group of Mid C19 buildings on important street in planned Victorian resort of Llandudno. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Lloyd Street and Mostyn Street.
