Exterior
Three storey house; stucco, slate roof. Dentil cornice. Second floor has two 4-pane sash windows. On first floor, 2-storey splayed bay window with sash glazing (without glazing bars) to both first and ground floors. On ground floor, which is rusticated, to R, plain doorway with modern door.
Reason for designation
Included as part of a group of houses from early phase of development of Llandudno as a resort. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Mostyn Street.
