Cadw's description

Near junction with Church Walks.

Three storey house; stucco, slate roof with modern dormer. Second floor has three rectangular windows with modern glazing. On first floor, 2-storey splayed bay window with modern glazing (without glazing bars) to both first and ground floors. On ground floor, which is rusticated, to L, plain doorway with modern door.

Included as part of a group of houses from early phase of development of Llandudno as a resort. Group value with adjacent listed buildings in Mostyn Street.
