Cadw's description

About 50m east of Wyndcliffe Court on the north side of the entrance drive.

They were built in 1912 and designed by Eric Francis of Chepstow for members of the Clay family of which he was a cousin.

Not seen at resurvey.

Included at a higher grade as the most accomplished Edwardian estate cottages built in south Wales, and designed by Eric Francis, which also have strong group value with the other historic buildings at Wyndcliffe Court.
