Cadw's description

Situated just E of Myrtle House, on S side of road W of Commerce House.

Outbuilding to Myrtle House, earlier C19.

Outbuilding, rubble stone whitewashed on N front, with grouted slate roof. Single storey and loft. N front has one shuttered window to right of centre, with timber lintel. W end has door to left and loft window to gable centre. E end wall has similar loft light and ground floor plank door.

Not seen at time of resurvey.

Included as traditional lofted outbuilding, of group value with Myrtle House.
