Cadw's description

Situated in Llanarth village, at end of short lane running down NE side of churchyard from main road.

Set of estate gates and railings to disused North drive to Llanarth Court. Probably mid C19.

Entrance gate piers with pedestrian gateway adjoining. Sandstone aslar, with rubble stone flanking walling. Two big gatepiers, chamfered square under octagonal tops with octagonal pointed caps. Lower ashlar Tudor-arched pedestrian gate to N with ridged coping, ramped down beyond over rubble stone wall, also with ridged coping. High rubble wall with similar coping to S. Pair of iron gates with spearheads and dog-bars, the top-rails ramped down to centre, and with curved strengthening bars. Spearhead rails to pedestrian gate.

Included as a good set of C19 formal gates to a country house park.
